this kid. he is something else! we sure love him, but what is with the attitude lately?!

hey elder.. how are ya? we are good! not too much new. sorry not very many pictures this week. i haven't been taking many lately.. not sure why.

breck is now a big sunbeam! weird huh! we asked him what he learned in class the other day and with no hesitation he says "i lived in heaven a long time ago it is true."

he is picking things up like crazy lately. he knows the alphabet by sight, although he has a few he stumbles over occasionally. and he's learning the sounds they make. he's so bright! (at least i think so!) and is growing up so fast. right now he's in the stage where he asks a million questions a day. and some are getting kind of hard! like the other day he asked how merr come out your tummy? um, when the baby is done growing they just pop out! haha, sometimes i just don't know!

this last week he's been switching back and forth between being a cowboy and a wrestler. and he gets all decked out.. jeans, hat, shirt, bandanna, gun & etc.. or wrestling shoes, singlet, shorts under sweats or warm-ups, sweat shirt and even packs his bag like he's going to practice. crazy kid for sure:)

merr is all over the place. he's getting much braver and is climbing up on a stool and reaching for things on the cupboards, or getting in the cabinets. he loves to shut doors now and when he finds a glove, sock or shoe, he has to try to put it on. he also loves to talk on the phone. he really will get mad if he doesn't get a turn! and he absolutely loves to eat. he hears a wrapper or talk of food, and he is by your side. he really can eat! he's a little dude, but you'd think he's be a tank by now. he is a solid little guy though. they are fun. they keep us busy, that's for sure!

timmy has been so busy with work and wrestling.. they have meets or practice everyday.. but it's over this month, YEA! it'll be nice, hopefully things will calm down a bit. but we're just getting started in a home based business, so i don't think it will! o well!

i've just been busy with my calling in primary, trying to organize our house and go through everything, and keep up with these boys.. it's been a little crazy!

dearest elder brewer..

i'm sorry it's been 2 weeks since we left ya a little note! the first week it completely slipped my mind, and the 2nd you e-mailed mom before i got on. so i knew i was too late. but hopefully this one makes up for it! there are a lot of pictures! and keep scrolling down because you'll find a few new posts as well.
it was so good to talk to ya on christmas. i'm glad we finally got through! mom and dad were seriously trying for a couple of hours.. and then breck was being a little punk! i don't think he really understood. i think he thought you were going to be there or something. most of the time he loves to talk on the phone. he may have been kind of embarrassed also. he gets shy when a lot of people watch him, and everyone was sitting right around the phone.. who knows! that kid is a crazy little one! he wanted to tell ya something-so this is in his exact words.. "yuv you. i have nestling (wrestling) shoes. and i is cougar." if you want a picture of the shoes and in all their glory, there is one is a post below. you have to see them on. and when he opened them. it was priceless.

merr is walking all over the place, and starting to climb a lot more lately. he is saying a little more, and doing a few signs, but if he wants something he is sure to let us know! and wow is he stubborn! he's fun, but sure feisty!

a little late..

so santa was a little behind.. his shipping ran a little late.. but on christmas morning he left breck a little note to be watching for a very special package to be arriving with in a couple days. he was making this gift extra nice, so it took a little more time.. but oh was it worth it!!

he got his very own pair of wrestling shoes! they are a couple sizes too big (but are as small as they come) but they are loved!!

and yes, this is what he asked for. he told santa- "neslin' shoes. that's all."

ps.. you notice his camo jacket in the first few pictures? it's his hunting jacket. it has pockets on the front where he can put his money. for his elk tag of course. he's going to shoot 3 of them. but not until he's big. when he's 4.

christmas..

christmas eve we spent at my great-aunt karen's house with the porter side. merr was a sheep for the nativity. (sadly every picture i took of the group was way too blurry to use. a shame! for my cousin's son was a bucking cow! he kept us entertained!)


we also got an early visit from santa!

Christmas morning merrik was the first one up! we brought him in with us while we waited for breck to wake up.

when we couldn't wait anymore and we let merrik wake him..
