this last weekend was our annual girls trip to globe.

i love getting to spend time with the beautiful women in my family.

visiting, shopping, eating. it was wonderful.

this was the first year i've gone without a baby, a toddler or expecting one.

that in it's self was wonderful. i could sleep, get ready, shop, eat with out having to worry about tending to someone else.

whew, i needed a little break, and every mother deserves one every so often!

for some reason this trip i didn't take many pictures! i'm so sad about it. the only ones i have are of a few buildings or a few fun items we saw.

(they are fixing up the old shop buildings in downtown miami. it looks so good.)

thursday's love..

breck is a good, sweet kid. he is my little helper. lately he likes to help with merrik. likes him to be (as in dress) the same as him, likes him to play the same things. and little merr loves his big brother, so mostly he just follows happily along behind!

(breck got them both dressed in cougar sweatshirts and workout pants!)

one thing i DO NOT love is a dirty house.

ugh.. and mine is just that.

tuesday love..

i love headbands lately. i wear one most days.

this one my mom found for me.
i love it.

and lately my sister and i have been making headbands.

a lot of headbands.

know what else? we have found that other people love them too!

(we've been lucky to sell quite a few. yay!)

sharing the love..

being February and the month of love, my sister had the wonderful idea of sharing something that she loves everyday.

i also loved the idea.

(so i am copying her.)

i love this kid.

he is seriously crazy & hilarious. always making us laugh. the things he says, the way he talks. everything he does.

never a dull moment with him around!
